Juvenile Criminal Violation
When a juvenile commits a crime, the process of how that juvenile is subjected to the criminal justice system is entirely different than that of an adult. Additionally, because the fact that an adjudication (the juvenile equivalent of a conviction) can follow a juvenile for the remainder of their life, special and extreme precautions need to taken. Additionally, an adjudication can have implications on the juvenile's ability to pursue their dreams and desires.

Because of the complexities and intricacies of the Juvenile Justice system, a juvenile charged with a crime would benefit from the help and advice of someone who knows and understands the juvenile justice system. As a former juvenile prosecutor, Jeff has the experience and understanding that it takes to help a juvenile and their family understand the juvenile justice system and how the decisions made today could factor into the child's life further down the road.
